From our website to a new version of our transaction closing platform, things are changing fast here. All the same things you’ve always loved about SettlementRoom are still here - from great customer service to a product that protects and supports your transaction workflow – but we’ve been working on some features and a GUI makeover to make you even faster when you work.
With new import features, you can get up and running faster than ever:
- Excel Import: Want to upload an Excel file and have multiple listings imported directly? Now you can.
- BrokerOffice Import: You can also import listings directly from our new listing management product, BrokerOffice.
We’ve also made improvements to the Library so that if you want to use it outside the context of a specific transaction, it’s easy to do. You can still publish documents directly to a transaction, and selection is even easier with our “3 most recently viewed” feature.
We have also introduced My SettlementRoom so that you can view your upcoming tasks and incoming messages quickly and easily, every time you log in.
Lastly, jumping between transactions has never been easier with our new Transaction List, as well as our Recently Viewed Tabs. You’ll move quickly between transactions and jump right back into the work you were doing faster than ever before.
